A Frenchman in the Nordic Jungle

I moved from France to Denmark with a dream and a lot of plants. 🪴 I thought I was a pro until I met my match: a Variegated Regal Shield.

It was expensive, supposedly "unkillable," and a strong grower. But even the strongest plants can’t survive bad airflow. Watching that beauty succumb to root rot broke my heart🥀

I didn't just want a pot that looked nice; I wanted survival gear for my rarest green friends. I stopped buying what was available and started engineering what was missing. 🛠️

The Quest for the Clear Reservoir

You wouldn't believe the "theorycrafting" and failed prototypes it took to get here! 🤯 My biggest obsession? The transparent reservoir. Getting it clear enough while keeping the pot functional tested every bit of my patience.

After innumerable tries, I finally nailed it. Now, you don't have to guess if your plant is thirsty or if the roots are happy, you can see it for yourself. 🕵️‍♂️ It’s the perfect mix of French aesthetic and Danish "Hygge" functionality.
